From feasibility studies to manufacturing, every stage of the production process is characterised by rigorous quality controls. Lenti Srl is equipped for end-to-end in-house production of plano sun and sports lenses and any plastic product requiring optical characteristics or surface treatments. Production operations are designed to strike a balance between optimising industrial processes and meeting customer needs for the development of new products over time.

Lenti Srl has implemented a strategic production model that ensures scalability and efficient cost margins for both the fashion industry and all other sectors it serves. The industry requires high product standards for the various production techniques, materials, and finishes to combine the aesthetic and functional requirements of customers. Particular attention is paid to the supply of high-quality raw materials, ensuring attractive margins and punctual delivery solutions to meet customers’ time-to-market needs. Raw materials and components are purchased from selected suppliers, primarily in Italy or other European countries.
The key stages in Lenti's history
Lenti Srl joins Kering Eyewear, the Kering group subsidiary that designs and distributes eyewear for some of the most prestigious luxury brands. The change of ownership marks a new chapter in the company’s history, bringing its expertise in moulding and surface treatments into an international industrial platform devoted to “Made in Italy” excellence. The transaction ensures industrial continuity and opens new growth prospects in the high-end segment.
Lenti Srl continues the ongoing renewal of its machinery, a process initiated in 2016. The installation of a 1,300-tonne injection moulding press enables the production of large-format domes and automotive components, expanding manufacturing capabilities and confirming the company's commitment to technological innovation.
Safilo acquires the remaining stake in Lenti, increasing its ownership from 75.6% to 100%. Marco Negri remains with the company as CEO.
Lenti Srl's production of superior quality lenses marked a leap forward with successful sunglasses models, acquiring orders from major fashion brands that became fully recognisable among customers and consumers.
Lenti Srl consolidates its exceptional and distinctive know-how and "Made in Italy" design in the production of sun lenses and other selected products.
Lenti Srl was founded through a productive partnership. Entrepreneur Marco Negri (46%) and the Safilo Group (54%) launched multi-business operations.
