Flow coating for complex components
We offer highly flexible flow coating treatments for extremely complex or large-size components. Furthermore, this type of application allows us to apply different coatings to each side. Each stage of the production process is performed under controlled conditions, with rigorous quality control and real-time monitoring of key parameters, ensuring reproducible results and zero defects. Upon completion of the process, each lens undergoes a series of tests to ensure compliance with the required specifications, including thickness, adhesion, and scratch resistance.
For our flow-through treatment, we use UV-stabilised siloxane lacquers to prevent yellowing of plastic components exposed to solar radiation. We chose these materials specifically for their ability to form durable and resistant protective films. Furthermore, thanks to careful control of process parameters, we minimise production waste and optimise energy consumption.
